I came back to Chargeback.io after taking a break from using the service, and I was honestly pretty lost with the setup and re-enrollment process. I had a bunch of questions and was probably more paranoid about getting everything right than most people. Their customer service was excellent. They replied very quickly, helped me work through the issues, handled most of the setup for me, and kept confirming everything so I knew it was being done properly. Really helpful team, very responsive, and they made what felt like a confusing process much easier. Very happy with the service and support. Great app. My first Ethoca alert was refunded successfully, and the setup has been smooth. Support has been helpful and responsive.
