Creating Perfume review for Chargeflow Prevent Chargebacks

Maria was absolutely wonderful to chat with. It was a REAL person behind the customer service and she was able to help me confirm multiple things. We have yet to see if the program will help with chargebacks as we just submitted one... however, the evidence is in our favor, thus far, and we are expecting a positive result. It's truly MIND boggling what people will do to get money back for a product they received. We are dealing with a customer who stated they did not receive their package TWICE... living in a gated community. GEO scans show that their package was delivered TWICE... meaning, they not only got the product TWICE, but they made a claim with the Carrier AND did a chargeback! So dubious and should be punishable by law as fraudulent! UGH Hope Chargeflow will work!
