They charge $39 for every chargeback, claiming that they will fight the chargeback for you. In reality, you simply pay an additional fee for every chargeback, and none of the chargebacks were won. The app is essentially useless and ended up costing a significant amount of money. Be very careful when uninstalling the app. We uninstalled it a while ago, but they continued charging. Apparently, you have to deactivate the service inside the app as well, otherwise you may continue being billed even after the app has been removed. When we contacted their team, they initially told us to reinstall the app in order to deactivate it. However, afterward they told us that they could not issue a refund based on the fact that the app had been installed/uninstalled. Also, they claim that the fee is to prevent the chargeback, but in our experience, nothing was prevented. Overall, upsetting experience. Make sure you carefully check your billing and fully deactivate the service before uninstalling.

They are scammers! There service doesn't work, but you pay for it! They charge you 29$ on each dispute ! without any action from their side!! You don't get an alert before it's shown on shopify, and they don't make a refund for the customer. So, they just make it worst for you, and charge you extra 29$ additional to bank fees and return amount!!! Contact them many times, and even I deactivate my account with them, they still charge my credit ! I can't get off from this very bad service!!!

An excellent service for handling disputes. They are very precise in explaining what documents to provide, how to respond, and how to handle the situation in general. I highly recommend it to everyone.
