I had a good onboarding experience with Dave and initially everything seemed very positive. The dashboard looked polished, functional, and easy to follow, which gave us confidence at the start. However, shortly after onboarding, our chargebacks began accumulating to around 50, something our company had never experienced before. At the same time, we began losing chargeback cases at a much higher rate than we had previously. The biggest issue was that the dashboard data was not accurate. While it displayed multiple pie charts and graphs showing disputes recovered, won, and lost, the figures were significantly different from our actual real-world results. This made the reporting extremely misleading and difficult to trust. On top of that, the customer service team instructed us to make changes in Shopify that simply did not exist, which added to the confusion and frustration. Overall, we are very disappointed with our experience using Chargeflow. While the onboarding and UI initially looked promising, the inaccurate reporting, methods and lack of reliable support ultimately made the platform unworkable for us.

I had the app installed at the end of 2024. There was some growing pains to figuring out how best to submit disputes, evidence, etc through their app. But the bonus discounts on the initial chargeback wins were enough to push me over the line. Soon after we found out that the advertised discounts aren’t real and they don’t provide support or a way to track this. So onboarding promotions regarding discounts on first chargeback wins don’t actually apply. Other than that, it does speed up the evidence and chargeback tracking

I'm extremely disappointed with Chargeflow. Initially, they made a significant error by submitting contradictory information in response to a chargeback dispute, causing me unnecessary stress and of course, a lost dispute. To make up for it, they promised the next dispute would be handled free of charge. However, when the next dispute occurred, they still charged the standard fee. It's now been weeks of back-and-forth, and I'm still waiting for the promised refund. Communication has been poor, promises have not been kept, and the overall experience has been frustrating. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this app or service based on my experience. UPDATE: After leaving this review, they have finally refunded me, so I am changing to 2 stars instead of 1. It does not charge the bad experience I had and I do not recommend this app. To make it even worse, they kept sending me e-mails to delete this review!
