Horrible experience with this company. We had a win rate of around 30% and they do not even reach out to remind you to submit additional information that can be helpful, they just submit a prompt from chatGPT and call it a day. You're better off submitting more compelling evidence yourself, on top of that we were charged an 8% cancellation fee.

Chargeflow has been an essential addition to our business, it’s truly a must-have for any Shopify store that wants to protect revenue and save time dealing with chargebacks. I couldn’t be happier with our experience using Chargeflow. As an eCommerce merchant, dealing with chargebacks used to drain time, energy, and revenue—but with Chargeflow we’ve turned the tables. Highly recommended to install for any Shopify stores. Excellent support, fast and helpful replies, and I want to highlight Jason for his support with our queries, disputes and app configurations. Most importantly, we're now winning back ridiculous chargebacks that we've unfairly lost to in the past.

I had a few issues getting everything setup and was very pleased with the help I received from Mariane. She was very helpful and pleasant to work with. Hopefully the app will be as much of a pleasure to work with as she was!

My experience with the app and the support team has been good so far. The team has been responsive and helpful for setup and when I needed assistance. I’m hoping they can also help me with handling chargebacks from fraudulent customers, which would make the app even more valuable.

So far so good. Onboarding was easy and intuitive. I scheduled a support call to make sure I had done everything correctly, and am happy that I did - Juda helped me to add several more integrations! No new chargebacks yet, so we'll see how things go in the future
