CHARGEFLOW WILL LOSE YOUR CASES AND TRY TO STEAL YOUR BANK INFO. Chargeflow submitted my chargeback before their own 5-day evidence window closed, so my proof was never included and I lost the case. They promised a refund but it’s been over a month of excuses (false claims my store was closed, “sent” via Stripe, now PayPal with “issues”). Six weeks later, they’re still emailing me after I told them to stop and asking for my bank info. They also offered a PayPal refund only if I remove my review. Any decent business would give the refund and ask AFTER to reconsider. The audacity to hold a refund I am owed hostage is wild. You can easily respond to chargebacks yourself with the help of AI. You don't need this scam company.
very good app, with good support service
This is the best support team I’ve had the pleasure of working with. I’m usually a stressed entrepreneur, and to have 24/7 support especially after hours and on the weekends is just incredible. They’re very fast in responsiveness, thorough and have been able to handle every request even last minute ( a few hours before chargeback deadline ). So far they’ve won 3 out of 5 chargeback disputes and taken a huge load of my back. Super worth it.

They are exceptionally responsive to inquiries, and I'm impressed at their knowledgeability in how to handle fraudulent chargebacks. It's extremely reassuring to know that they are willing to engage with their customer's questions and take the time to listen to the full story.

Unacceptable internal policies. I was charge $100 as a card verification fee from chargeflow. Sure, it is only a temporary hold however I am very well versed in applications doing this and am usually subjected to only $1. $100 is completely unnecessary and in addition, they did not even tell me in advance they would charge this fee. When questioning their billing department, I was met with a cold 'this is our policy' message which was a huge disappointment after receiving such great support from Jason with their onboarding team. I will be uninstalling Chargeflow and looking elsewhere for this service.
