Aubrey was incredibly helpful throughout the entire Chargeflow setup process. She explained everything clearly, was very patient with my questions, and made sure the system was configured correctly for my Shopify store. Customerservice was quick and informative. Prevents alot of chargebacks what saves my shopify payments.
The help from the team was good everything is setup now, having my first chargeback. Let's hope for the best. UPDATE: DON'T USE THIS APP, My chargeback has been lost. Now the customer has his money back and a free product. It's better to provide the proof yourself, a lot or promises but 0% results. Also my Shop Pay is deactivated because of this chargeback. I don't recommend it!
