So far so good! Mariane made it clear that I don't get charged unless they win the case for me, in which they'll take 25%. Sounds fair to me! She's been extremely helpful and kind throughout the process, offering to update me through email, which I prefer. What happened: Customer placed and order and then issued a chargeback 40 minutes later before we even got a chance to send her package. She stated that she wasn't able to receive her package. I refunded her but the chargeback sided with the customer anyway so I'm getting hit with a duplicate refund + chargeback fee of $15. I'm looking forward to seeing how effective Chargeflow will be!
