If you want to avoid chargebacks and prevent your money from being taken, downloading this app should be the last thing you do. From the very first few days, I started receiving duplicate alerts for the same orders, and I was charged for both alerts even though there was only one order. I have also received alerts that still ended in chargebacks. According to their policy, I should not have been charged for those alerts, yet I was charged anyway. Whenever I have raised these issues, they have simply said that they would escalate them to their internal team. They keep you waiting for several days and then claim that everything is correct, that you were not charged twice, and that they do not charge for alerts that still result in chargebacks—even when that is clearly not true. You only need to do some basic math to see it. If you received X alerts but they charged you for X + Y alerts, something is obviously wrong.
