We recently implemented Chargepay to help with our chargebacks and we couldn't be happier. Their success rate has been great! Would highly recommend for anyone who needs help saving time filing chargeback responses.

After 3 weeks of research, multiple phone calls of auditing all of the "chargeback services / RDR services, etc" - we are so glad we realized that Chargeback AI is the best option (and most state of the art) option for Shopify stores. The highest level of automation, the highest level of Shopify integration, speedy onboarding, and an extremely high level of attention to detail and customer care. We will be a long time customer and refer all of our network to be onboarded. Amazing solution. Saved our operation !

Highly recommended for serious Shopify stores I recently had a call directly with EL Mehdi, the CEO, and that alone says a lot about this app. The level of personal involvement and understanding of our business was outstanding.
