Don't try this app, literally there is no case that I won in all my chargeback. they don't respond to chargebacks and dispute and hold it until 48 hours before of its due date. I complain many times to them regarding my casee, and they have done nothing so far. They are a BIG SCAM, don't waste your money

I was charged $20 dollars for this free trial I signed up 3 days ago; I have also been ignored for the last 3 days after sending 5 messages for help. I need to be refunded immediately. It's horrible that this person keeps reading all my messages for the last 3 days and just ignoring me. I will be contacting shopify to file a dispute if I do not get refunded.

ChargePay is a great app! The founder takes time to reply to requests and the app has amazing features. Integrates into my company's email to automate uploading customer interactions and lot of other cool features no other chargeback app has. Highly recommend and great price!

After using this app for several months for few stores, it is really useless App. First of all, all replies are generated through GPT or Claude API, most probably first one. Secondly, "AI learning" and etc, total nonsense. If you check dispute reason, what type of replied it was sending, no sense at all. For example in case of "Product not as described" it was still writing some general info of product and shipping. It was not even requesting and attaching communication with customer. Every store has it's own flow shipping, return and other policies. App wasn't adapting for every app, instead it was more using some generic replies. Don't waste your time and money.

Great support and the app saved us a ton of time dealing with disputes. Before we were replying one by one, now it does most of it automatic and the value price is amazing, we don’t have every time per chargeback and ended up paying a lot for this service on other apps, flat fee for unlimited service, the support is amazing.
