ChargePay is a great app! The founder takes time to reply to requests and the app has amazing features. Integrates into my company's email to automate uploading customer interactions and lot of other cool features no other chargeback app has. Highly recommend and great price!

Excellent app, super easy to use in comparison to competitor apps. Very speedy customer support, and everything was set up a lot quicker than I thought. I feel confident having them manage my chargeback processing.

After 3 weeks of research, multiple phone calls of auditing all of the "chargeback services / RDR services, etc" - we are so glad we realized that Chargeback AI is the best option (and most state of the art) option for Shopify stores. The highest level of automation, the highest level of Shopify integration, speedy onboarding, and an extremely high level of attention to detail and customer care. We will be a long time customer and refer all of our network to be onboarded. Amazing solution. Saved our operation !

Highly recommended for serious Shopify stores I recently had a call directly with EL Mehdi, the CEO, and that alone says a lot about this app. The level of personal involvement and understanding of our business was outstanding. Great support and the app saved us a ton of time dealing with disputes. Before we were replying one by one, now it does most of it automatic and the value price is amazing, we don’t have every time per chargeback and ended up paying a lot for this service on other apps, flat fee for unlimited service, the support is amazing.

Running two online stores, I thought I'd found a solution when I discovered ChargePay. After testing it on both stores, I have some feedback and insight Automated chargeback, a dashboard to monitor disputes, PDFs generated to combat chargebacks, etc.. But several issues emerged that need addressing. Here's what happened: On one store, we had a standard credit card chargeback. On the other, a customer made a PayPal enquiry about an address issue which we resolved over the phone ourselves. ChargePay didn't submit anything to PayPal, yet still charged their fee. When I questioned this, their dashboard showed they'd handled everything (they hadn't) and support was frustratingly unhelpful. Main Issues: - Zero control over which disputes they handle - Support feels automated and takes ages to address problems and ends up ignoring the concerns - Dashboard claims they're doing work they haven't actually done - You're charged even when they don't submit anything Hopefully helpful feedback on improvements: - Let merchants choose which disputes to automate - Faster, more helpful support that actually solves issues - Be transparent about what actions they've actually taken - Give merchants more control over the process As a new app since 2023, there's room for improvment. While automated chargebacks sounds great, this isn't quite ready yet. I'd wait until they sort these issues out. If you do install it, carefully track what they actually submit versus what they claim credit for.
