After 3 weeks of research, multiple phone calls of auditing all of the "chargeback services / RDR services, etc" - we are so glad we realized that Chargeback AI is the best option (and most state of the art) option for Shopify stores. The highest level of automation, the highest level of Shopify integration, speedy onboarding, and an extremely high level of attention to detail and customer care.
