Our experience with Chatdesk has been fantastic. The service has been exceptional, and the results are absolutely exceptional. I really recommend Chatdesk to anyone looking to enhance their customer experience and expand the opportunity for revenue in a real, easy to use way. Adding them to our suite of apps has been instrumental in our recent success.

ChatDesk is the perfect solution for any company looking to scale or manage its customer support service while preserving the gold standard of customer satisfaction. Under 5'10 is a fast growing E-Commerce Brand. As such, we needed a larger customer support staff to meet the demand of nonstop tickets flowing into our Gorgias helpdesk via email, chat, SMS, and social media channels. The particularities of our brand are VERY unique making it time intensive and thereby costly to train new CS agent in-house the old fashion way. Our online shoppers are beyond excited when they discover our brand but feel lost in how to find their proper fit. Their needs could be sensitive and as such, guiding customers to find clothes that fit them potentially for the very first time in their lives is no 'short' task. The returning customer loyalty is very strong as well. This made us even more hesitant to hire 3rd party help but 24/7 coverage was needed and we were falling way behind. Keep in mind that we also use several systems and apps integrated with Shopify including but not limited to our 3PL warehouse management system. With all this taken into account, we were vigilant to not sacrifice the quality of our customer satisfaction and system operations by loosely scaling our staff in search of relief out there only to likely get unsatisfactory results or even worse. We are grateful here at Under 5'10 that Chatdesk found us and reached out for a meeting to discuss taking the wheel to fully managing our customer service department. Set up was simple and they blew us away with their machine learning software, 24/7 coverage, affordable pricing costs, and their creative training process for auditing the experts to always ensure delivery of precisely on-brand, perfectly personalized responses. A huge shout out to Alexander, Caitlin, and Aneto for always professionally staying on top of our account and leading our CX experts with a smile! It's been a true pleasure working together. Chatdesk has been so helpful with our customer service - our response times are significantly lower and the team is always so responsive when it comes down to feedback. The agents are available pretty much 24/7 including weekends, which is extremely helpful to us, but also great for the customers. They've made the process seamless by constantly communicating with their team internally and continue to provide us with top notch assistance. Highly recommend them!

I don't know what we would do without Chatdesk! Alexander is a hands-down superstar and our ride-or-die wingman. We're VERY brand-conscious and customer satisfaction is our highest priority, so deciding to get external help wasn't an easy decision, but Chatdesk has made it possible to scale. Our internal Customer Satisfaction Manager works with Chatdesk on everything from current responses to new responses. They work seamlessly with our internal team to cover off-hours tickets and social comments/messages. Customers expect responses in a few hours, and there's no way our internal team could provide that level of support. And so you know this is a real review... It isn't always perfect. Sometimes there are different ways that we wish they'd answer. But we send Alex, our account manager, a quick slack message with a screenshot, and he makes a quick correction with our team and it's fixed moving forward. No system will be perfect, but as long as it's imperfect in new and unexpected ways, we're making progress! And Alex has been an essential part of our customer satisfaction team. We're so glad to work with Chatdesk and I recommend them to all small shop owners. (thanks, y'all - and please pass my appreciation on to all your developers and reps, too.)

We have used ChatDesk for 2 years and they are simply the BEST. I can pretty much "set it and forget it" when it comes to all of my inbound from social / email / etc. They go above and beyond when answering requests like "my abandoned cart rate is a bit high - do you know why?" and only contact me when it is extremely urgent (they resolve things very quickly, too). They can provide a wealth of data on what your customers are saying about your store - you should definitely use that feature as it will give strong indications on what your business should focus on next. Great people and great product - couldn't ask for a better service. Thanks ChatDesk!

Chatdesk has been a huge help for our business. We're a fast growing company and threw a lot of information and scenarios for them to handle in a short amount of time. The team got up to speed quickly. Most of all, they are always open to feedback and very proactive, allowing us to trust them with our customer service.

Minimal time and effort for great payoff. Customer Support has been a huge weight lifted off our shoulders since we brought on Chatdesk. It was quick and easy to get started, and has helped our company scale support tremendously! Their whole team is great to work with too.

Our CX team at Thinx has significantly benefited from onboarding Chatdesk last year. At first, we used the Shift tool to automate some of our common phone requests like returns and forward calls to chat. We then most recently onboarded Chatdesk Teams and Trends for social support. With Chatdesk answering DMs, mentions, and posts, we have finally offered our customers 24-7 support and help on our social channels and allowed us to maintain our brand voice. With trends, we have also been able to quantify the types of conversations across our social media channels. The Chatdesk team is also genuinely great! Our business partner is on top of all our requests and handles our concerns and questions with extreme care and attention. The team, in general, is incredibly efficient and responsive to any issues or questions we flag. I really could not imagine a better team to support us!
