A great app with plenty of customisation available and the customer support is top notch. Particularly like the fact that it lets you know when Heichat has generated a sale! We are using it on two websites, very smooth implementation and configuration. Highly recommend!!

We have been using this chatbot for a while now, and we must say it has been a very reliable tool for handling customer inquiries in our e-commerce business.
