This app is far from being a serious solution for e-commerce. * The setup is confusing and wastes a lot of time * The chatbot gives weak and sometimes irrelevant answers * Performance is unstable and unreliable * The overall system feels unfinished and unpolished * It does not deliver real value for sales or customer support Honestly, it feels like a basic prototype rather than a professional tool. Using it in a real store can actually hurt customer experience instead of improving it. There are much better, more stable, and more advanced alternatives available. Not recommended at all.

HeiChat is the first chatbot I’ve tested that I actually trust in front of my customers. None of the AI tools I tried ever made it past testing. Answers drifted, were invented, or required constant correction. HeiChat works out of the box. It starts from a place of reliability. The responses stay consistent and grounded when supported by clear FAQs and policies. It does not require constant babysitting. When accuracy matters, this is the tool you need. HeiChat is the only app I’ve found that understands not every business needs the same kind of chat. It gives you different ways to approach it, and real control over how it behaves. It adapts to your business, not the other way around. Product discovery is where it really shines. It’s fast, visual, and feels like part of the shopping experience instead of a separate tool. Model choice is another major advantage. Being able to match the model to your use case makes a huge difference, as other reviewers have noted. The team is highly responsive and actively improving the product in meaningful ways. There’s real depth here. Product discovery, retrieval that actually works, learning over time, clean handoff to a human, strong search, intake, even video. It’s not a collection of features, it’s a cohesive system. Everything feels intentional. It adds real value without getting in the way, and it runs light with no bloat. Best in class.

We started using HeiChat from the very first order, and it was recommended by my friend. It works very well; they can choose different AI models for testing, which feels to me like hiring different employees. Our product is completely innovative, and HeiChat can understand our product explanations very well. It feels like having an experienced employee right from the start.

We run a complex biotech/health company and I was very surprised and impressed with the depth of knowledge provided by this Chatbot. It has saved us lots of work and converted queries to plenty of sales. Customer support is also good and emails are sent if the Chatbot can't answer. Highly recommend.

Have been using this app for almost a month. Pros: Simply excellent at answering store policy questions, but you really have to go to the best AI agents to get quality answers. ChatGPT 5 is amazing, a lot better than the more basic ones. When will I get my order? When are you restocking this? Do you ship to country X? Do you have a physical store? All these questions are answered better than a human would. Average: product recommendations. Here, it all depends on your own descriptions, as the bot is limited to the info you have on your site. If your site info is detailed and comprehensive, you can get very decent suggestions. Product search is also ok, but it is not apparent, so few customers use it. Love the Q&A part, where you can add your own answers to common questions and bot is clever enough to provide answers that are consistent with yours yet sound more human. Most importantly I can see it is getting better as we add more information to knowledge base, improve our product descriptions, so I am hopefully eventually it will become something that can really drive conversions.

Setup was fairly quick and easy, and the AI was quick to learn the basics of our store. It was nice to see that we could add custom training material (text, PDFs, URLs, etc) as well as testing various conversation scenarios from the admin-side and correct its responses before going live. Also support was extremely quick and effective. Only had a couple minor things we wanted tweaked and they did it for us in no time. Looking forward to a great experience ahead using this app for us and our customers!

AI is only as good as the data you put in - if you have good question banks for HeiChat, it will deliver. Take some time to train the app, check its responses and fill in the gaps - and it will save time and energy. I've already recommended the app to several people, and will continue to do so. A+.

HeiChat makes customer service so much easier! The setup was quick, and the bot replies instantly with accurate information, although not perfect and still needs some correction on our end. It understands our store policies well and sounds friendly and natural. Great tool for saving time and improving customer experience. Highly recommend!

App is great and works as it should. It has also picked up more info than i provided and helped multiple customers. We also had a technical request for lazy load support was quick to implement this.

After starting with 800 tokens, only 200 are left after 20 days.
It seems tokens are being consumed simply by the Assistant activating itself - even though no conversation took place. Something appears to be wrong with how tokens are counted. There were only two real customer conversations, with three questions and responses in total. Leaving just the branding visible - the AI badge - and turning off the “Callout” should be a solution, preventing token usage for automatic Assistant pop-ups (Widget settings - then Branding Settings - turning off “Callout”). The Assistant itself is a great feature, the AI responds well made by HeiChat, but these token consumption inconsistencies are discouraging and make continued use questionable. ---------- Edit: After further communication with the HeiChat team, they clarified the token mechanism and provided a solution. I decided to switch to another chatbot that also performs very well for my store. Additionally, one small suggestion from me: it would be helpful to include a very short guide for users on how to ask questions effectively (and which types of questions to avoid) - this could improve both token efficiency and overall user experience. 非常不错的插件,是我试过人工智能插件里面的最聪明的插件了,比我们公司招聘的印度客服靠谱不少!只是这个 Token 确实消耗比较快,当然带来的营业额也是比较高的,感觉比人还靠谱一点! 碰到里面的中国人客服还是比较亲切的,他也送了我一些 Token, 非常感谢!
