This app is far from being a serious solution for e-commerce. * The setup is confusing and wastes a lot of time * The chatbot gives weak and sometimes irrelevant answers * Performance is unstable and unreliable * The overall system feels unfinished and unpolished * It does not deliver real value for sales or customer support Honestly, it feels like a basic prototype rather than a professional tool. Using it in a real store can actually hurt customer experience instead of improving it. There are much better, more stable, and more advanced alternatives available. Not recommended at all.

Many merchants value the flexibility and depth of our platform. Regarding AI response quality, accuracy depends heavily on the business-specific information provided to the system. Since every store is different, we offer merchants the ability to train the AI based on their own products, policies, and workflows. In similar cases, merchants who contacted us for support were able to significantly improve results after proper setup and optimization. At this time, we have not received any support request from your side. If you experienced issues, we would have been happy to help. App was great to start with, but then it just forgot everything it learned and became abosolutely USELESS. Wrote customer service twice, NO ANSWER.. not great

Unfortunately, could not get passed setup. Program could never finish loading its Basic Setup Menu and Membership Menu for setting up. Also the few changes that I was able to make with the other menus that it has, they did not save my modifications. They need to debug their setup program. Also it would be good to see how the chatbot works before installing to your main theme.
It's a bug and we've fix it,go ahead and try again,you will be pleased!
