I am very pleased with the functionality and the way HeiChat responds to my customers. The app learns fast and gives insightful details on my products, in many languages. The correct function lets me adjust some of the response for additional clarity and the "switch to human" function in the chat app is also a cool feature. Well done!

This app has been a real savior for us. It has helped reduce customer emails by almost 50%, and it effortlessly handles both basic and advanced customer queries. Thanks to its seamless integration with Shopify, customers can easily track orders, access product information from our uploaded catalog, and get updates on store policies. We can also easily train the AI by providing information in multiple format input files. The ability to pick and choose from multiple AI platforms based on our needs is a fantastic feature. I've tried all the AI chatbots for Shopify, and HEIChat is by far the best! SO easy to set up. I love that I can choose Claude as my AI model as it works best for my brand. This is the second business I have that is using this on the website, and it works beautifully! And, great support. I have nothing bad to say about it at all.

I´m really happy with HeiChat. The ai interaction with my costumers is excellent, is very easy to add acurate responses to the knowledge base. The support is top notch, they helped me with the translation of the cart options and messages in spanish in very little time.

Zendesk wants $80k to do the same thing this app does at a fraction of the cost. Not to mention when compared to other AI services like Hubspot and rep.Ai we see more cohesive responses with heichat not to mention it does a great job of using all parts of the site for it's knowledge base. As of now this app is what we need and we are happy with the preliminary results.

A great app with plenty of customisation available and the customer support is top notch. Particularly like the fact that it lets you know when Heichat has generated a sale! We are using it on two websites, very smooth implementation and configuration. Highly recommend!!

We have been using this chatbot for a while now, and we must say it has been a very reliable tool for handling customer inquiries in our e-commerce business. However, since then, they’ve added a support feature, and the team has been incredibly helpful in resolving the issue I faced. I have to say, they’re truly customer-focused and willing to go the extra mile to ensure users feel supported and satisfied with the app experience. For me, the most useful thing is that I don't have to stay in front of the computer waiting for customer inquiries. Since I started installing and testing in October last year, I have completely let AI handle my customer service. Besides English, I have clients who speak Arabic and French, and HeiChat can handle them very well. 5-star recommendation.
