I think that an AI-powered bot will be able to provide thorough customer support and make them happy, even if the time available to respond to customers was limited. This bot's AI learns, so it was very easy to set up. It was really helpful. Security is also safe because of using AWS. Support Dave was very kind, helpful and responded quickly and very professionally. I really appreciate. This app is highly recommended.

Mi tienda tiene 2,000 productos, pero el paquete gratuito solo admite el aprendizaje de 500 productos. Me puse en contacto con el equipo de desarrollo y rápidamente me ayudaron a aumentarlo a 2,000. El chatbot aprende muy rápido y puede hacer recomendaciones inmediatas basadas en los productos. No está mal.

We're still in the learning phase but we can already tell this is a great tool that will help us to solve common questions and close sales. Our products are specially difficult to purchase because there are a lot of questions that customers need solving before purchasing, and this is helping us a lot. Je recommande cette application car je la trouve tout simplement efficace, elle me permet de ne pas laisser le client sans réponses, d'obtenir un suivi bien réel, un historique pour mieux comprendre mes clients et surtout cette application est agréable, parfois rigolote vraiment je l'apprécie beaucoup ! L'outil est vraiment tres bien fait et permet de customiser des réponses client vraiment tres fine. Le service support et super reactif et concilliant. Je recommande les yeux fermés
