It understands our store policies well and sounds friendly and natural. Great tool for saving time and improving customer experience. Highly recommend!

I've tried all the AI chatbots for Shopify, and HEIChat is by far the best! SO easy to set up. I love that I can choose Claude as my AI model as it works best for my brand. This is the second business I have that is using this on the website, and it works beautifully! And, great support. I have nothing bad to say about it at all.

I´m really happy with HeiChat. The ai interaction with my costumers is excellent, is very easy to add acurate responses to the knowledge base. The support is top notch, they helped me with the translation of the cart options and messages in spanish in very little time.
