Can't get any word from support despite multiple attempts through several channels. In "fixing" our non-existent robots.txt liquid file, the app prevents our Google Ads account and similar from crawling our site. Big non-no which prevented all ads from running. It also puts attribution data into our customer's Order Notes field, which is customer-facing in our email notifications and I suspect overwrites any note the customer puts there in our shopping cart.
Thank you for your feedback, You were right on both counts, and the support silence was our failure. Fixed since: AdsBot-Google and all ad/search crawlers are now permanently whitelisted and cannot be blocked by the app; robots.txt changes are additive with a preview and one-click revert; and order note writing has been removed completely, so nothing touches your customers' notes.
