Love this app! Since using Live Chat, traffic has gone up. I am able to have more engagement with customers. If I get someone on live chat, 99% of the time I get a sale from that engagement. My business is very consultative. This app is easy to use, personalize and customize to your business. It helps me to see where customers are from, what they are typing so I can respond quickly.
