My philosophy has always been that customer service is ALWAYS part of the product. Things happen and how they're handled means a smooth solution and trust or gnashing of teeth and uncertainty. I chose Chatty for its comprehensive offering with FAQ and a bot 'learning' from FAQ's, product data and custom information. How cool is that? And I love the idea of being live when available and the Chat bot to be available other times to provide functional responses that we can follow up on. I have also been with AVADA on our main site for over ten years and know their customer service is second to none. This proved true once again when I couldn't complete the Chatty setup for some reason. Help was available immediately. First with Sonny and then when he went off shift, Audrey came on and was super helpful and got me up and running in minutes. I love the fact that I could match Chatty to my brand colours and it looks terrific. I'm still working on completing my FAQs and, as Audrey explained I can import them all at once. Audrey provided comprehensive screenshots and, when needed, went on the site as collaborator to fix the internal glitch. Well designed apps like this with superlative customer service like AVADA give entrepreneurs like me a brilliant leg up in our own customer experience. That's what success is all about. Right?
