Quite a robust chatbot. Thank you, Jade and Andy, for all your help with the setup. Jade provided support before handing things over to Andy, who was equally exceptional. The Avada team are genuinely amazing, and their support throughout the process has been outstanding.

Jade was excellent with helping create and deploy the app on my website. I really like the options available to customize the chat box to the company website. I also like the ability to create and customize FAQ page. The communication with the agent was fast and friendly. I would use for assistance again. Thank You.

Excellent Customer Service - Kind, clear and prompt!

So far, customer service has been amazing. I am not sure if I have addressed all my concerns yet. I installed it yesterday, but today Hazel helped me solve a couple of problems I was having with the Botbox communication. Thank you Hazzle! Everyone has been great! They have been on top of making sure my problems are resolved!

Their team helped set up in a short period of time just by me answering a few questions for them. Completed in a very timely manner.

Support for this app is amazing. Linda did an explendid job helping me and doing some configurations i was completly lost. Without her i was lost in the app menus.

The free plan is good but i would like way more settings options - the ai doesnt really learn from the past chats but over all a great team support so thats why its 4 - if the support wasnt that great fast and helpful i would give it a 3 star

The setup process has been straightforward, and the support has been excellent. Hazel was extremely helpful, patient, and professional. She guided me through each step clearly, answered all my questions, and made the setup much easier to understand. I really appreciate her assistance!

This app does everything I need it to and more. The only reason I don't give it the 5 is because it was hard for me to learn it. Thankfully their customer support is fantastic. The customer service rep, Mirra, was definitely 5 star help! I'm still learning the app but I know I'll master it soon with their help.
