I implemented Chatty after trying a few other alternatives and stuck with it. As I had my own messy code work done on the website, I ran into a few troubles tweaking Chatty to my exact needs, but Chatty's customer service team was incredibly patient and dedicated, and fixed it all for me. I am super thankful, and now, after taking Chatty into use, I am discovering useful "insider" features I had no idea about, helping me serve my customers even better.
Linda was a great help. All my questions were answered to set up and understand how to train the AI Agent. We have not yet use the app itself but I am looking forward.
UPDATE: I originally gave this app a two-star review. Within just 48 hours of posting my feedback, the Chatty team implemented audible desktop notifications for live chat—exactly the feature I was hoping for. I'm genuinely impressed by how quickly they listened to customer feedback and delivered a solution. That level of responsiveness is rare, and it has completely changed my experience with the app. I've happily updated my review to five stars. Way to go, Chatty! Keep up the outstanding work.

Exceptional customer service with Andy! I am honestly shocked at how easy it is to tweak and guide the AI to be helpful and on brand with your store. I'm pretty blown away at the intelligent design of this app so far. Bravo!
Jade was really helpful walking me through the setup and also showing me additional features that I will definitely need.
I have tried a couple of AI bots, but Chatty is the best by far and it keeps improving. From day 1 the support has been great and probably one year on (maybe more) the support is still just as good. Not is it just good, but they are also proactive and will look at your set-up and suggest improvements. Linda was helping me with an issue the other day and the support provided could not have been better. It's a recommend from me.
Having issues with the setup and then Liz came and solve my issues. She's very polite and helpful. Special thanks to the entire team and specially Liz for helping me out with the setup and did everything I asked for.
