As a new customer, my experience with Chatty has been very positive so far. The application is easy to use, works smoothly, and has been performing quite well for our store's needs. What has impressed me the most is the quality of customer support. Hazel and Finn (the tech guy) have been extremely helpful, responsive, and professional whenever I needed assistance. Their support made the setup process much easier and gave me confidence in using the app. Although I'm still relatively new to the platform, my experience up to now has been excellent, and I appreciate the team's dedication to helping merchants succeed. This is the first app I looked into, and I can say it offers so many features which I was not expecting. What makes it better, and I think this is most important is the customer service. The team is available 24/7 and they go above and beyond even helping if you have difficulties in any areas. Overall the features are easy to navigate, and I like the fact you are able to style the chat the way you want. I would recommend to others, it is a 10/10 for me!!!
