Just the first time to use this app, but i am feel comfortable with great support of helpdesk for guidling me to set up , and installation of the mobile app. Audrey guide me with professional skill. and i could start to try the chatty to see could help me to got live chat with my customer in my website!!!!

Really nice app and great (fast and accurate) support! Big thank you to Jasmine and Raymon for the support. Also great app for shopify when you need several languages.

Took me 10 min to set it up easy peasy, tried it, and decided to upgrade to paid plan immediately because 1. it's very user and admin friendly; 2. the functions are very helpful for me to stay in touch with potential customers; 3. great customer service from Audrey and Toby. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a easy-to-set-up yet extremely powerful and functional live chat app!

I've had this app for abut a year and its been great since day 1. I've recently had to reach out to customer support and Audrey was amazing. She was very helpful and super efficient.

Today marks my first day using this app, and I’m already impressed! The live chat feature is fantastic for providing instant customer support, making it easier to engage visitors and encourage sales. Setting up the FAQs hub was a breeze, and it’s great for helping customers find answers on their own without waiting for a response. The chat widget customization is straightforward, letting me match it to my brand in just a few clicks. I’ve also tried the order tracking feature, which seems really convenient for letting customers check their order status on the go. I have to mention the outstanding customer support I’ve received so far. Hana and Damian have been incredibly helpful, guiding me through the setup process and answering all my questions promptly. Their support has made my first day using the app a great experience. So far, I’m really pleased with the app and look forward to seeing how it continues to improve my store’s customer service!
