Good experience with this app so far. It’s easy to set up and works well with our store. Hana provided excellent support and answered my questions quickly.

Ich bin absolut begeistert von Chatty! Die App ist sehr intuitiv aufgebaut und perfekt für einen wachsenden Onlineshop. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich Hana – sie ist unglaublich hilfsbereit, geduldig und erklärt alles verständlich, auch bei technischen Fragen. Als Solo-Shop-Betreiberin ist es für mich extrem wichtig, schnellen und kompetenten Support zu haben – und genau das bekommt man hier. Dank Hana konnte ich meinen Chatbot professionell einrichten und optimal an meinen Shop anpassen. Klare Empfehlung für alle, die ihren Kundenservice auf das nächste Level bringen möchten

Hi, I am still at Trial period testing the integration and whatsapp AI fucntions. So far I had a lot of interactions with support and they answer super fast and are very helpful. Specially Hana has been a great help. So far I like the app, still in testing mode. Setup has been a bit of a challenge.
