Setting up a new app can be overwhelmed but Andy (real human) from the Chatty AI support is very helpful. The app is modern and easy to use. I definitely recommend!

Testing the app for the first day. Everything looks pretty good, still need to run a few more tests. Need a small adjustment on the chatbox icon for phone device, and Andy was very quick on achieving that for us. 5 starts to him.
I've had a fantastic experience with Chatty! The support team was absolutely outstanding. They stayed online with me the entire time while I was setting everything up, answered all of my questions promptly, and made sure everything was working perfectly before ending the chat. It's rare to find support that's this patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping. The app itself is great, but the customer service is what really sets it apart. Highly recommend Chatty to anyone looking for a live chat solution for their Shopify store!

It is getting worse and worse. The more they raise their prices, the lower the quality becomes. The system constantly gets stuck in loops, is extremely difficult to work with, and logs me out every time I use it on my smartphone. The whole experience is incredibly frustrating. Even the FAQ content is no longer properly recognised by Google Search Console, which creates additional problems for website owners. Paying more for a service that becomes less reliable and less functional is simply unacceptable.
Hi team, Thank you for your honest feedback, and we're truly sorry for the frustration you've experienced. This isn't the standard we hold ourselves to, and we want to make it right. On the issues you raised: the logout problem has been actively investigated and we've already implemented a fix that's now in final testing. You shouldn't have to keep re-logging in, and we're close to rolling it out. For the FAQ not being recognized by Google, we found that the app is currently disabled in your theme's App Embed (Shopify Theme Editor); once it's re-enabled, the FAQ content will render and be picked up again. We'd be glad to walk you through this. We also hear your concern about pricing. Our recent changes go toward improving the product, especially the quality and accuracy of our AI and FAQ features, and we're sorry if that value hasn't shown up in your experience yet. Our team has reached out to you directly to help resolve everything and make sure your store is running the way it should. We'd genuinely love the chance to turn this around for you. I implemented Chatty after trying a few other alternatives and stuck with it. As I had my own messy code work done on the website, I ran into a few troubles tweaking Chatty to my exact needs, but Chatty's customer service team was incredibly patient and dedicated, and fixed it all for me. I am super thankful, and now, after taking Chatty into use, I am discovering useful "insider" features I had no idea about, helping me serve my customers even better.
