I had such a great experience working with Hana from chat AI Chatbot team on Air Reviews. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process of setting up my Chatty robot. Hana guided me step by step, answered all my questions clearly, and made sure everything was working perfectly before we finished what i appreciate most was her professionalism and quick responses- she truly made me setup process smooth and stress-free . I highly recommend Hana to anyone who needs assistance with setting up their Chatty AI Chatbot. She really goes an extra mile.

I’m currently testing the app and already had an excellent support experience today (Sunday!). I didn’t like the position of the chat button, and within just a few minutes I received custom CSS code. Great support! Five stars from me. Keep up the great work!

This app changes the exact URL I paste into the AI chat responses (my “Start a Return” link gets rewritten to a different link). I need the chatbot to send customers the same link I provide, without modifications. Support told me: “links that require authentication may not work consistently when shared in automated AI responses.” That’s not acceptable for a returns link and doesn’t solve the issue. Not reliable for customer-facing support.

In some cases, links that include authentication or dynamic redirect parameters may not behave consistently when delivered through automated AI responses. A more consistent approach is to use a fixed return page URL as the main entry point, where customers can then proceed through the login or return process normally. This helps maintain link stability while preserving the intended return flow. Excellent app and even better support from Andy. This is a true LLM chatbot that does the work of seven apps in one. It’s highly customizable, easy to navigate, and actually works as advertised. Definitely the best AI solution on the Shopify App Store right now.

This is a very smart plugin. Although the AI assistant is not yet highly skilled in its use, it has already saved us a lot of customer service work. We hope that for issues requiring manual resolution, there will be clearer prompts or more timely notifications to the human customer service staff. Thanks to Sonny, he always responds so quickly!
