Today marks my first day using this app, and I’m already impressed! The live chat feature is fantastic for providing instant customer support, making it easier to engage visitors and encourage sales. Setting up the FAQs hub was a breeze, and it’s great for helping customers find answers on their own without waiting for a response. The chat widget customization is straightforward, letting me match it to my brand in just a few clicks. I’ve also tried the order tracking feature, which seems really convenient for letting customers check their order status on the go. I have to mention the outstanding customer support I’ve received so far. Hana and Damian have been incredibly helpful, guiding me through the setup process and answering all my questions promptly. Their support has made my first day using the app a great experience. So far, I’m really pleased with the app and look forward to seeing how it continues to improve my store’s customer service!

I had an excellent experience with Sonny from the Chatty app support team! He was incredibly responsive and quickly helped me understand how the app works. Sonny provided clear, step-by-step instructions with helpful screenshots and arrows, making everything super easy to follow. Easy and user-friendly to set up this app. Although, I have run into some issues during my setup but Hana from the support team has been a great help to solve my issues. The support service officer is very kind and patience. Ms. Abby provided me with the resourceful guideline for setting up the Chatty app into my Shopify. I recently started using Chatty, and I couldn't be more impressed! This live support app is fantastic, providing quick and efficient assistance whenever I need it.
