La sto testando da qualche giorno e mi sembra un ottimo strumento, migliore di quello che avevo in precedenza. Il set up è accurato ed il customer care, io sono stato seguito da Hazel, è stato rapido, preciso e gentile.

Although we've only recently implemented it, Chatty's AI assistant is exceptionally advanced. It understands our brand's complex sizing and can automatically recommend options to customers. Additionally, Andy and Hazel from support responded quickly and resolved my issues immediately. Thank you so much!

Usefull app, but the most important part is support. Andy helped me a lot with a problem i had, so if You have any chance, try asking for Andy with your problems :)

Great app, as soon as you start giving content, context to the chat, this will relieve a lot of work. Also, the team behind chatty is exceptional, great pro activeness and they can customize some parts to make it look better. Especial mention to Hazel!

Andy has been really great. He helped me solve quite a few issues and was very patient throughout the process. I highly recommend him. I’m currently still in the trial stage and will consider upgrading to a paid plan later. I hope it can bring us good conversion results.
