As a new customer, my experience with Chatty has been very positive so far. The application is easy to use, works smoothly, and has been performing quite well for our store's needs. What has impressed me the most is the quality of customer support. Hazel and Finn (the tech guy) have been extremely helpful, responsive, and professional whenever I needed assistance. Their support made the setup process much easier and gave me confidence in using the app. Although I'm still relatively new to the platform, my experience up to now has been excellent, and I appreciate the team's dedication to helping merchants succeed.
