I tried 3 AI chat bots before Chatty AI and they were all missing basic items, unless you upgraded to their pro plans. Chatty was easy to setup and the support has been quick and helpful. The price is right and I couldn't be more pleased. You won't be sorry~!

Excellent customer service. Every time we see a response from the bot that gives us the 'ick' we contact their help desk who immediately write a scenario to improve the response the bot gives next time. The team always take time to truly understand the issue with the bots response and it never happens again in the same scenario. Definitely cuts down on the amount of queries that our customer services team receive. Excellent app and faultless customer support.

This app is so useful! It can answer the customers automatically. And it can also promote the products to buyers. Such a good app. Also, the customer service is so good , they alwasys online when I need help. Especially, Audrey is so friendly and kind.

Abby and her team did a fabulous job of identifying the issues and resolving them immediately. Very professional and courteous the entire time. These guys are amazing at what they do! I only wish every app was this easy to work with! Thanks again guys! :)
