The customer service was great. Every time I needed help, there was always somebody there to help me out. Unfortunately, it's not answering some customer questions correctly. Even though there was a product in there exactly as the customer wrote it, it still didn't pick it up. I think it's a little early for the AI Chat part of it. We're going to come back and look at it a little later.

Be careful. As soon as you install it, your admin's email address will be given out to all visitors that it can't find some answers to. Also, it is a lopsided plan...if you are small and have 1,000 products then you are going to need to spend for 10 agents and 5.000 replies just to get your 1,000 products in, even though you might only need 1 agent and 200 conversations.

Regarding the admin email display, this is part of the fallback logic during the AI training phase, and we understand how this may have caused confusion. The good news is that we've now improved this flow to ensure greater control and security over what’s displayed to visitors. As for the pricing plan, we appreciate your input. Our current model is designed to offer flexibility across various store sizes. A little confusing at first to get set up.

A bit disappointed that you are not able to upload any profile photos to match your chat avatar. THey can only grab your logo from your Shopify store which won't work bc my logo is cut off. There isn't a way to upload any photos via chat either. Hopefully, they will offer these in the future.

Regarding your concern about uploading profile photos to match your chat avatar, we understand the current limitation where only the logo from your Shopify store can be used, which might not work if the logo is cut off. We have forwarded this request to our development team for consideration. In the meantime, you can change the logo using CSS if that helps. As for the ability to upload photos via chat, we're pleased to inform you that this feature is currently in development and is estimated to be released soon. We will definitely notify you once it is rolled out. we noticed that we haven't had the chance to communicate directly yet.
