Be careful. As soon as you install it, your admin's email address will be given out to all visitors that it can't find some answers to. Also, it is a lopsided plan...if you are small and have 1,000 products then you are going to need to spend for 10 agents and 5.000 replies just to get your 1,000 products in, even though you might only need 1 agent and 200 conversations.

Regarding the admin email display, this is part of the fallback logic during the AI training phase, and we understand how this may have caused confusion. The good news is that we've now improved this flow to ensure greater control and security over what’s displayed to visitors. As for the pricing plan, we appreciate your input. Our current model is designed to offer flexibility across various store sizes.
