The setup process has been straightforward, and the support has been excellent. Hazel was extremely helpful, patient, and professional. She guided me through each step clearly, answered all my questions, and made the setup much easier to understand. I really appreciate her assistance!
This app does everything I need it to and more. The only reason I don't give it the 5 is because it was hard for me to learn it. Thankfully their customer support is fantastic. The customer service rep, Mirra, was definitely 5 star help! I'm still learning the app but I know I'll master it soon with their help.

Excellent customer support. I had an issue with changing my email and the Chatty support team resolved it super fast — within minutes everything was sorted out. They also helped me in Spanish, which made the whole process so much easier. Special thanks to Hazel, who was very attentive and efficient. Highly recommended!

Irreführende Angaben. Es sind nur 50 KI Konversationen im Free Plan enthalten. Zum Zeitpunkt der Installation stand hier klar 100. Screenshot vorhanden. Support hat im Chat bestätigt, dass es nur 50 sind und sie die Preisseite hier korrigieren. Für mich, zum Start eines ausgiebigen Test jetzt nicht gerade hilfreich. Dann eben doch orange.

Just started using this app but so far the customer support has been amazing getting it setup. We migrated from the native Shopify inbox after their updates made customer visits anonymous. This app brings back the functionality that was lacking with Shopify Inbox and they have reliable, helpful, live support :)
