We completely understand how inconvenient this can be and want to ensure you’re able to continue using the app smoothly. From our side, there are usually two possible causes for this situation: 1. Access from China If you are accessing the app from China, certain network restrictions may block the app from loading. In this case, please try connecting via a VPN and then reopening the app. 2. App requires an update after new features were released We recently released new features that require additional permissions to function correctly. Occasionally, due to an issue on Shopify’s side, the message to update these permissions does not display right away, which can result in a blank screen. To resolve this: - Please clear your browser cache and reload the app page a few times until you see the update message, as shown in this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/HdopDd-s7-gH. - You may also try opening the app directly from Shopify admin > Settings > Apps and sales channels: https://prnt.sc/Cm2pj4YUFkug.
