Review for Chatty & Support (Abby) I want to give special thanks to Abby for her outstanding support. She was very professional, attentive, patient, and incredibly kind. She responded to my request quickly and efficiently, which is rare and truly appreciated. As for the Chatty app, I’m genuinely impressed. It meets all my expectations and allows me to offer my customers a smooth and enjoyable user experience. I run a store in the pet niche, and it’s very important to me that we communicate with our customers in an enthusiastic and always positive tone. Even while I was asleep, the bot managed to do exactly that – it interacted with my customers naturally, almost like a human, while also keeping certain sensitive information private and confidential.
