Every time we see a response from the bot that gives us the 'ick' we contact their help desk who immediately write a scenario to improve the response the bot gives next time. The team always take time to truly understand the issue with the bots response and it never happens again in the same scenario. Definitely cuts down on the amount of queries that our customer services team receive. Excellent app and faultless customer support.
