一時サイトに表示できない不具合が発生しましたが、アプリ内チャットで尋ねたら1日で対応してくださいました。お問い合わせアプリとしてとても便利なものです。お問い合わせフォームからでは敷居が高いと感じる方も多いのでSNS誘導アイコンと並んでいるのはとてもいいです。

Very happy to have installed this app! I am using the free version as I am lauching my store and it works wonders! Simple and practical to use. The online support is very efficient and friendly. I used this app to integrate whatsapp to my website. It worked for a couple of days then the icon went missing. I reached out to their support and they resolved my problem. For now, I have no problems with the app. It has a lot of free features and mainly it's very good.
