Just started using the free version of this app and so far two thumbs up. It was easy to install, I was able to customize the color, placement and font of the widget, and we are able to link with Instagram which holds the bulk of our customers. It’ll be nice to troubleshoot sizing with our customers in real-time who are shopping for a tricky product- BRAS. Never an easy product to order online!

Set up within a matter of minutes! You don't have to use all the app chats available either. Pick what works best for you and your buyers, fill in a few boxes, customize colors and trigger duration, and away you go! P.S. Amazingly fast customer service response too! Bonus!

My store has big traffic and a low conversion rate (1%) I started thinking that giving more info to the customers from the one hand and invest more time in customer service will do the work. I downloaded chaty and I saw much more messages in my whatsapp account. thanks!
