4/16/25 The new owner was very responsive and solved our problem with a few emails, replying within a few hours. They clearly have a high commitment to support. We learned that the app was recently transitioning ownership which was causing an issue with the app and app support. We weren’t able to contact support for a few weeks. Once we made contact with the new owner, the support has been excellent. Thank you! My original 1-star review follows to put this review in context and for transparency. ---- 4/9/25 We’ve been waiting 5 days for any response from support for a pressing issue. The support widget says “respond within a few hours”. We’re a paying customer since 2022. We submitted other support requests 15 and 13 days ago that also have no response. I’m actually writing this review as yet another attempt to get support to reply to our problem. After not receiving a response using the support widget from the app in Shopify after 3 days, I looked for other ways to reach support. In addition to direct email, I found several places where the app had support widgets or forms. [list of URLS removed] I will gladly update my review if support resumes. In January 2024, I received support responses within 8-36 hours, which is acceptable. The app has been working too.

That’s definitely not the experience we want anyone to have. A quick heads-up, this app was recently acquired by our company, Avocados Labs, on March 28th. We’re still in the process of migrating everything over, including support channels, which means your original message likely went to the previous owner. I reached out to the app's support team for help, but the lack of a timely and helpful response was disappointing. My question remained unanswered, prompting me to uninstall the app. It's frustrating when a single support experience can completely tarnish the usability of an app. Not recommended due to this slack support service.
Expecting a response within 40 minutes on a busy holiday week in a different time zone before deciding it’s not timely is quite rude. Hope your customers don't leave one star reviews if you don’t reply within 40 minutes. Best of luck this holiday season.

Great app works well with PayPal but not with Klarna payments. Even the free version is good enough, just more payment channels needed since 99% of our customers use Klarna.. maybe one day we'll have it for that too!
Hi there, Thanks for the feedback! The lack of support for Klarna is actually a Shopify limitation we have no control over. Unfortunately, after talking to Shopify's support, it sounds like there are no plans from Shopify to support Klarna for post purchase.
