Great App, very good support! Recommend it!

It's a great and simple solution for something that probably most, if not all, stores need that use 3rd party payment providers. Support is also great, it's easy to submit a debug log and Sam was quick to help out with a mistake I made.

This app makes it very easy to setup checkout rules. I had some questions about the ways I could control areas of my checkout. Sam was extremely helpful and responsive and I was able to get everything setup exactly as I needed thanks to Sam’s help.

The app does exactly what I wanted, disabling some payment method for certain shipping areas. It wasn't 100% clear at first to me but their support provided me with instant help. Can't recommend enough :)

BeSure is a great app for customizing the shipping options that your customers see. We used it to limit the shipping level by region. Sam from their support is great and was able to help me sort out the rule logic. Highly recommend!

This is app is great for anyone not using Shopify Payments! With our third party payment provider, we can now put local methods on top. Also, it works well to hide payment methods for certain countries. And the customer service is great. They can make rules according to personal preference.

So far, I'm very happy with this app. I can recommend shipping options for customers in the order that I want.

Sam is a great guy and delivers awesome customer support. I asked for some feature implementation or feedback and he implemented them quickly. Also reordering and preselecting payment methods helped, as well as hiding express checkout buttons helped a lot. Thank you

Finally a solution for an annoying problem which Shopify is not able/willing to fix. Now we can choose ourselves which shipping method is on top of the list. This saves us a lot of time (and therefore money), because customers don't check the shipping method and Shopify always puts the free options first. So we always had to contact them and ask them to pay the shipping afterwards. Setting it up was very easy! Helpdesk did a quick check for me and everything was OK in just a few minutes.

Highly responsive and excellent customer service. They went out of their way to even provide us a custom function! If you're looking to customize your checkout experience (especially with the holidays coming) this is definitely the app to get. I appreciate Sam's help on this! Highly recommend!

App is very simple to use and works perfectly with the new 1-page checkout! Sam was also super helpful in answering all of my questions. If you are looking to make changes to your shipping/payment method fields - LOOK NO FURTHER!

Great app! Used it to sort and hide shipping options, and also to show/hide and re-order payment methods. All to give my customers the best experience in each country! The developer is very accesable, and replies very very quick. He managed to fix any bugs and ideas, and was able to quickly improve the app as soon as the Shopify Onepage checkout was launched. This app does really increase your revenue by improving your conversion rate during checkout!

Excellent app for changing the default shipping methods which include carrier estimated delivery dates (Economy, Standard, Express) to read additional text or in our use case, changing them to read, USPS First Class "no tracking", USPS Ground Advantage w/tracking & USPS Priority Mail 1-4 days. We were getting lots of complaints from people who didn't receive tracking information for checking out using the economy option and this helped cut down on a lot of pointless emails... although we still receive one here and there. Also, if you want to change the default shipping method... which we considered... this will help you do that very easily as well. For example, you want it to default on the option with shipping tracking and customers can go with economy if they like. Customer service is also excellent. I deleted the app previously to try and weed out an issue with our store and when I realized it wasn't BeSure, I reinstalled and ran into a little speed bump which I thought was possibly from the app. I reached out and received a quick response. They also took the time to look into my settings before responding with a response that would otherwise ignore those. Sam was able to help me reduce the number of rules I was using (limited by shopify, not the app), simply by doing some homework before they replied. Thank you!

Excellently featured app with wonderful, straightforward customer support.

Shopify has forcibly implemented one-page checkout on my store and this app is not compatible! Instead of hiding express checkout, this app removes PayPal and Shopify payments as a payment option entirely. If you are using this app, none of your customers are able to checkout! ......... UPDATE: I've changed my review to 5 stars as the developer jumped in and did everything they could to mitigate the issue. Shopify has created its one-page checkout so that PayPal can only be targeted in its entirety. It is no longer possible to programmatically separate PayPal from PayPal Express. The developer has found a "band-aid solution", which is clearly explained on their app setup page. This solution will work for some, but not for others. If you want to hide Express Checkout, BSURE Checkout Rules is the way to go. The developer is responsive and helpful. Also, they are actively petitioning Shopify to fix the mess they have made. As this is really a Shopify issue, there is no other app that can solve this problem any better. Stick with BSure, they are your best choice!

This app is perfect. You can arrange and set the delivery method and the payment method. Friendly staff ready to help when you get stuck :-)
