So far Checkout Review has been working out great on our store. I wanted to find a show to show more than just a static review at checkout and this was exactly the solution I was looking for. I had some questions about customization and their team responded quickly and were super helpful in getting everything to look the way we wanted and positioned in the right spot. I would highly recommend to anyone with a decent number of reviews with a Shopify Plus account.

Just started using this new checkout review app with my Shopify store and honestly, it’s been a really smooth experience so far. Setup was quick, everything integrated without any hassle, and it looks clean on the frontend which is a big plus. Big bonus for us, it worked really well alongside Judge.me, which we were already using. No conflicts, everything just synced up nicely and kept our review flow consistent. Support setting it up with Louis was great - really helpful and made the whole process straightforward.

The setup was quick and straightforward, and it integrated seamlessly with our existing Judge.me reviews. Everything worked smoothly from the start. Louis has been incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the process. He genuinely listens to merchant feedback and is clearly building the product with real-world use cases in mind. We’re also excited about some of the promising features in development, especially things like review translation at checkout — similar to how Judge.me handles translations across the website. For bilingual stores like ours, this is a very valuable addition.

I was looking for a way to display reviews on my cart page and Checkout Review was exactly what I needed. Setup was quick and easy, and it integrated with my existing Judge.me reviews without any issues. The support team was really helpful too. Highly recommend if you want to show reviews where they matter most.

Excellent app. The support is second to none, Louis is always on hand to assist with any questions and the response times are very quick. The app is easy to use, intuitive and after a few weeks of usage, we have already seen a positive uplift in our checkout conversion rate.
