This app works really well, and the AI is very advanced. The app is really easy to use, and customer support is very helpful. They have helped me set up my AI and chat box as I have needed and response time is very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this app if you are looking to help your customer with live hat or quick answers.

Really impressed with this chat app so far. It was easy to set up, looks clean on the storefront, and makes supporting customers feel seamless. Their team was also amazing and helped me get everything configured quickly which I really appreciated. I love the AI features and feel like this app has a lot of potential! Highly recommend!

I've always been sceptical about AI chat with it often giving wrong information or answers. Chizy is not like that at all and after some quick training and document uploads to expand the AI knowledge it works really well give precise answers based on our store. The integration directly into Shopify Inbox is a bonus and helps you keep an eye on conversations the AI is having. Thank you Jade at Chizy for helping get everything up and running quickly and testing from your end.

I'd recommend this app. It took me minute to get used to the training aspect of it, as it doesn't pick up on all of the details on your website. Once I realized where to add the specifics on the app, there weren't any other issues. If you're looking for specific answers, then you have to enter specific information, otherwise you'll go round in circles.

If you are looking for a perfect bot which can help you work efficiently by taking care of all your sales related queries by a bot Chizy is the Best. Any their chat response system for any technical optimization is instant and quick, the train the bot well and your sales agent is perfectly ready to shoot, just go for it and try you will love it. I strongly recommend.

This is the most intuitive and easy-to-use AI chat bot app that I've found so far on Shopify. The customer support team responded quickly and was able to answer my questions and fix my issues with no problems! Highly recommended!
