I recently installed **Chilly AI Chatbot** on my Shopify store and it’s been a great addition so far. We are very happy with the app so far. It has been extremely useful in powering our on-store AI bot, especially given the complexity of our business model. The ability to upload documents and expand the knowledge base is a major advantage for us. It allows the AI to handle more technical and nuanced queries, which is essential in our sector.

Jade was fantastic to work with! She helped us locate the right files quickly, resolved an overlay issue with our chat widget using custom CSS and JS, and made meaningful improvements to the overall UI/UX of our chatbot. Amazing customer service and support. The app was very easy to learn and the AI trained in no time to address questions accurately about anything from my store. What made the experience of using this app even better was Sophie taking the initiative to make sure after synching it to my shopify inbox that the chat function was strategically positioned on my page for desktop and mobile browsing to not overlap with anything else on my page when being used. She promptly provided her support to adjust the coding for proper positioning. This app is a must have with top tier service and support.

I installed this app a little sceptical about what an AI could do in a chat. But I was amazed. Immediately after installing it, without giving any customised instructions, it began to respond professionally and courteously to my questions, suggesting the most suitable products in the chat. The real highlight is the support, which is always available and ready to solve all my problems. They even developed a new feature based on a suggestion I made. I have to say, it's really FANTASTIC!
