Chizy works perfectly and setup is super easy. The chatbot started answering product questions almost immediately and noticeably reduced our manual support workload. Also, special shoutout to Sophia — her support is truly excellent: fast, helpful and professional. Highly recommended!

Good support, simple app and it has a nice feature, you can integrate it against Shopify Inbox and use the mobile app to get notifications and follow up chats. I do wish more things could be customized in the app instead of having custom CSS and JS code.

I found the chat to be a very good solution, first because we can customize the basics with our brand, including adding a photo to the main service window, which is really cool for working on branding. Then it already offers some questions that you can set up yourself, which is great for those frequently asked questions and also eliminates that annoying part when someone wants human service and in other chats either this option doesn't exist, or they need to keep asking for it. Here it already shows the email button and also the WhatsApp button, which is perfect for my market (WhatsApp is used a lot here in Brazil). I ran some tests asking things from my knowledge base and products, and I found it sensational. And to my pleasant surprise, after a few hours, this conversation of mine turned into an AI-generated summary that appeared in the Conversations tab, meaning we don't need to read the entire conversation to understand what happened - it delivers the summary to you. I'm on my first day of use, but I think this tool has a great path to success, congratulations to the developers.

The experience using this app so far has been amazing. The team have gone above and beyond assisting me to implement the chat bot on my site and implement some customisations to match my branding. There was also a few issues with it not being to answer questions correctly that the team fixed within the hour. Ive been searching for a chatbot app that both worked and didn't break my site when deployed and this app has delivered beyond my expectations. Highly Recommend!

The Chizy AI chatbot is quite interesting and really adds value to my store. The features are cool, easy to access, and the replies feel natural and engaging. I especially like the product suggestion feature—it makes the shopping experience smoother for customers. One of my favorite parts is that I can add my own logo, which makes the chatbot feel personalized to my brand. The attending and overall support are also great. Highly recommended!
