I've always been sceptical about AI chat with it often giving wrong information or answers. Chizy is not like that at all and after some quick training and document uploads to expand the AI knowledge it works really well give precise answers based on our store. The integration directly into Shopify Inbox is a bonus and helps you keep an eye on conversations the AI is having.
