Chizy: AI Chatbot & Live Chat

LOVE this app! I want to create trust mechanisms in my store throughout the experience. The app set-up took 5 minutes, and it is perfect! If I have any question at all, Jade has been there to take it on. What is great about Jade, not only does she answer my questions, but she also thinks about the next 5 steps ahead. The best AI chatbot I have tried yet. The funcionality and AI answers are good, most customers cannot tell its not human. App has also great support that can solve any issues and custom requests.

I have probably tested 10 AI chatbots, and by far this one's the best for our business. I like the ability to add common customer questions so the AI can answer as many as possible. It's actually done a very good job of pulling information from our website and from the information we already have out there. We would like to see them add Facebook and Instagram.

A very good application with accurate information. Easy to install and customize.

The branding customization is great, you can add your logo and image to the chat widget so it actually feels like your store. I also like the pre-set suggested questions for common inquiries, and the WhatsApp and email buttons are right there for when customers need a real person — huge deal for the Brazilian market. Tested the AI with my product catalog and knowledge base and the answers were on point. The best surprise though was the conversation summaries in the dashboard — each chat gets condensed into a quick overview automatically, so you don't have to read every message. Only been using it for a day but it already feels like a solid, well-rounded tool. Recommended.

This app works really well, and the AI is very advanced. The app is really easy to use, and customer support is very helpful. They have helped me set up my AI and chat box as I have needed and response time is very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this app if you are looking to help your customer with live hat or quick answers.

I've always been sceptical about AI chat with it often giving wrong information or answers. Chizy is not like that at all and after some quick training and document uploads to expand the AI knowledge it works really well give precise answers based on our store. The integration directly into Shopify Inbox is a bonus and helps you keep an eye on conversations the AI is having. Thank you Jade at Chizy for helping get everything up and running quickly and testing from your end.

I'd recommend this app. It took me minute to get used to the training aspect of it, as it doesn't pick up on all of the details on your website. Once I realized where to add the specifics on the app, there weren't any other issues. If you're looking for specific answers, then you have to enter specific information, otherwise you'll go round in circles.

If you are looking for a perfect bot which can help you work efficiently by taking care of all your sales related queries by a bot Chizy is the Best.
