LOVE this app! I want to create trust mechanisms in my store throughout the experience. The app set-up took 5 minutes, and it is perfect! The best AI chatbot I have tried yet. The funcionality and AI answers are good, most customers cannot tell its not human. App has also great support that can solve any issues and custom requests.

I have probably tested 10 AI chatbots, and by far this one's the best for our business. I like the ability to add common customer questions so the AI can answer as many as possible. It's actually done a very good job of pulling information from our website and from the information we already have out there. We would like to see them add Facebook and Instagram.
