Css (the way the form looks) integrates with our theme great. We tried 3 other plugins, and all 3 needed custom CSS work to make the input boxes match at least a little bit. This one was looking great right out of the box. There is a way to customize your look without any issues. There is a way to customize the columns, spacing and content very easily.
