Excellent customer service and tech support. We have 2 separate product lines with different wholesale minimum requirements; tech support swooped in and saved the day. At first the app did not work because of a previous discount code we had in place; tech support quickly found the issue and fixed it. Cheers to these PROs, I already this app and business.

We needed to merge a retail site that allows customization for products with a wholesale site that has bulk pricing and does not allow customization. This proved to be difficult, but Clay B2B Wholesale Pricing did the trick. It's simple, straight-forward, easy to use, and works out of the box. CSV uploads make updating bulk pricing dead-simple, and the customer service is outstanding. Extremely prompt and very helpful. I can recommend this app to any developer or business owner. Hiding customization features from other apps when a wholesale customer is logged in did take some liquid coding - but that's to be expected. Overall - 5 stars out of 5.

Really recommend this app. Customer service is exceptional, it's a real person an I didn't have to go through an AI chatbot to talk to them, they solved all my issues almost instantly. The app is highly customisable, I didn't get stuck mid-way because of any unexpected paywalls and it integrated seamlessly, I'm super pleased.

I have tried a few wholesale pricing apps lately, and find it convienient and easy to set up. I also came across a little problem, but the staff fixed the problem shortly. It's a great app and I hope more features will come up in the app.

We switched over from BOLD Commerce to Clay and could not be happier. We have had no downtime after more than 6 months of using the application, so for us the app has been very reliable. It also loads fast enough and does not drag down our store performance. Clay offers responsive and very knowledgeable support. We are hoping to see some future developments that allow us some form of automated price updates. *UPDATE* Clay has added an API endpoint which allows us to push pricing updates straight from our back-end into the Clay app.This is such an important update for us. I have tried a ton of these Wholesale apps but they were either too pricey or didn't function well with our website. I just started using Clay and I have to say that I am extremely impressed with this app. It integrates so smoothly into our website and you can see the hard work Shubham and his partner have put into the app. We had one small issue that Shubham tirelessly worked on and was able to solve. This app is not pricey compared to others and is absolutely worth the money.
