It's challenging for small businesses to find affordable apps that get the job done without complexity and excessive cost. Clay accomplishes that for us. I've been able to add a wholesale customer group that functions seamlessly within our retail site. We only wholesale our artisan pewter brand, Crosby & Taylor. Clay allows us to limit wholesale pricing to only those products while keeping everything else at retail. Clay is intuitive and easy to set up, and their team is incredibly responsive and helpful if you hit a snag. It's exactly what I needed to get our wholesale operation off the ground, and I'm confident it can meet our needs for expanded functionality as we grow.

La piattaforma è incredibilmente flessibile e ci ha permesso di personalizzare il modulo di registrazione (aggiungendo Partita IVA, SDI, ecc.) in modo perfetto per le esigenze fiscali italiane, cosa non scontata con app internazionali. Ma il vero valore aggiunto è l'Assistenza Clienti: reattiva, preparata e, soprattutto, estremamente professionale. Hanno risolto ogni mio dubbio, guidandomi anche nei passaggi più tecnici (come l'integrazione del modulo nel tema Shopify). I’ve tried other wholesale apps, but Clay is by far the best one. It’s clear, easy to use, and well-documented (with helpful video tutorials, too). I also tested their support, and they were very fast and attentive.

Excellent App and Exceptional Support — Clay: B2B Wholesale Pricing has been fantastic for our store. It does everything we need — and more. The built-in dealer signup form that integrates directly into Shopify is a huge plus. On top of that, their customer service is incredibly responsive and knowledgeable. This is a 1st class experience. Shubham and his partner are the stars here. Instead of talking to an AI you get full human service support. If you have a problem, they will help you solve it. Sometimes it is a challenge to figure out how the whole Shopify setup works and how it interact with the external apps. Here they will guide you so you get the correct setup. Also whether you want your prices or discount showing correctly or in a specific way, they will try to optimize it for your special needs. They answer very fast and you dont have to wait 3-4 days like with the big companies. Also they are refining the app always, so every time one of their customers (like me) have a suggestion to an upgrade for a specific market or country, they will take it in to consideration and update accordingly when time is there. Remember to support those small developers, cause they are the true magicians of these implementations. Not all heroes wear capes!

Absolutely the best service I have ever received. I am not too experienced with Shopify so had some questions and the team were instant in their help and made it really easy for me to understand. Now my customers can log in and self-serve their wholesale requests which saves my business time and money. Really looking forward to using it more. Looks great on the site too!

Rock-solid B2B pricing at scale. Excellent support! We moved to Clay B2B after outgrowing our previous wholesale discount app, and it’s been a clear upgrade. We run a large catalogue and multiple customer tiers, and Clay has handled our pricing logic cleanly without slowing down operations. Clean admin UX. Fast to set up price lists and rules, fewer restrictions than our old app. Responsive support. Fast, clear answers and quick fixes when we flag edge cases. We’re mid-rollout and early results are solid. If you’re moving from a generic “wholesale discount” app and need something stable, fast and support-led, Clay B2B is a safe bet.

We've been using the app for a while now and are delighted with it. It greatly helped us centralize our operations and separate customers by market. The app is very simple to use, even for large stores with many items. Customer service is fast and effective, and the tutorials make administration super easy.

We have just completed the set-up of this app and are registering our wholesale customers. The set-up was intuitive and easy to do. We encountered one small issue and contacted the developer. The response was immediate and absolutely fantastic. Shubham took the time to explain the issue in a call and advised how we could resolve the matter. We are looking forward to working with the system. Thusfar we have been very happy and have found the system to be much easier to work with than our previous process. Thank you!!

This app was just what we needed for our store. For the past 2 years, our company has been on Shopify Plus primarily for built-in B2B features. It has been a pain. It was over-engineered and forces you to use New Customer Accounts which have a completely separate account portal with no ability to customize the pages. The folks at Clay: B2B offer a great solution. We have a wide range of customers with specific pricing needs. They offer the ability to set automatic discounts per customer (% off or $ off) or manual price list with a spreadsheet upload. We utilize all three and it works great for our purposes. Also, it only takes up 1 of 25 active automatic discounts Shopify allows. They are also incredibly responsive and listen to their customers. I had requested for the ability to sort Customer Groups by name and they implemented the feature within a week. Huge props. Thanks to Clay: B2B, we are downgrading our Shopify Plus plan to Advanced which will save $26,000 / year. I highly recommend Clay: B2B.

This app has allowed us to create a dual retail/website store without the crazy Shopify price tag. So far it is looking very promising, but will update this review when we have everything up and running. One thing I will say, it has been very simple to set up! When I had to reach out to check some settings/features, response from the creators was almost instant and they were incredibly helpful. Thank you for creating such an easy to use app!

The app works perfectly and is very easy to use. Whenever I need technical support, the team is always there to help. Just now I had an issue, and through the live chat they solved my problem in less than 2 minutes – incredibly fast and professional. We have only tested it in-house but the app seems to working well for us so far. There were a couple of features we were looking for (order minimums and removing the free shipping option for wholesale customers) that they said they are currently working on and will have ready very soon. They suggested options for what to do in the meantime. Once these features are available I think this app will have everything we are looking for. It was fairly easy to get everything set up. The customer service is excellent. The response was immediate and very thorough and friendly.
