I have used ClearSale for about 3 months now. My experience with the team has been amazing - efficient and responsive. ClearSale has helped me with so many high-risk orders, my team no longer needs to verify them manually, and they have also approved many medium to high risks orders that were "false positive" which is incredible. I would recommend anyone who needs protection against fraud and chargebacks to use ClearSale.

So relieved to have protection against chargebacks. The process to get ClearSale up and running is so easy and the small charge is well worth it. I lost so much money in one month before using ClearSale that it has been a struggle to recover. I can't believe that people in the world use these tactics to get goods for free. It's so sad. I think a lot of people also don't realize that you aren't getting money back from a bank, you are taking money directly from a small business. . Thank-you ClearSale!

It is a pretty straightforward app. Easy to install. They have a helpful sales and technical team. They respond very quickly. It gives the security we need in dealing with customer orders. They offer 100% insurance on fraudulent orders so you're fully protected. Ralph also was always there to make sure we are supported.

Im very happy with clearsale thus far. I had a large sale a few days ago and it was flagged by clearsale, and then approved a few hours later. I really appreciated the assurance if gave me as a business owner. I love that I now have one less thing to worry about. Integration was also super easy.

Unfortunately online fraud attempts are a daily reality for us these days. We had a manual process in place that took up more and more of our time as our store has grown. We sell a high risk category of product and clearsale has been great putting in a guarantee against chargebacks. The integration was top notch with deep integration into the sales orders meaning the pick pack team don't need to lookup an additional page. We are running on their express service allowing us to hit our quick delivery timeframes that we price ourselves on. Looking forward to increasing our sales with the confidence of not worrying about fraud and chargebacks.

We have been looking for a fraud protection solution for Shopify that helps us identify and protect us from fraud orders. And the only real solution that we found that works is Clearsale. They work with small businesses and give us the peace of mind. It is super easy to install and if you have any suggestion or request, the development team is fast to response and super helpful. We found this to be the best solution for a small Shopify shop.

In recent years, fraud has increased so much, that we couldn't make an online shop because we were afraid of fraud as our shop dealing with high-priced products, but we meet ClearSale, sold and shipping the products with confidence. Guarantee is also the biggest reason for choosing.

Old review: I love their service, but the only problem is they are charging me 1% for offline orders too which is ridiculous. I hate how they do this

I am not sure why this app has not been downloaded hundreds of times. it is hands down the best fraud app on Shopify, I tried several that were rubbish. this is the real deal used by some major companies like Disney. price is cheap per transaction, no monthly fees. support 5 stars, I was onboarded almost instantly. I was having major issues with fake orders, now I sleep well knowing the best of the best are on it, and even if one does slip through I am covered. anyone who is in a similar position to me, needing professional fraud software for a great price, this is the best option on Shopify by a country mile. Do not waste your time on the others, I did and all have limitations only this one is the complete package run by a true fraud organization, not just some developers who have made a fraud Shopify app, major difference.
