Aa great insurance and protection against fraud and chargebacks. Peace of mind app as well. If I could have this app a year ago, I can save $1000.

I have used ClearSale for a while now to manage high risk orders which have been placed in our online store. ClearSale offers us a good service with peace of mind to fulfill orders as they have an experienced team who do the thorough analysis for every single order placed and recommend us whether a specific order should be fulfilled or not. It's quite accurate. Also they offer us the refund if the chargeback happens for an approved order which is very good. I just hope the analyzing time could be a bit quicker. Anyone is facing with fraudulent order should consider ClearSale as one of the best options on the market

One of the best Apps for chargebacks insurance or fraud protection. We have lost a lot amount due to chargebacks. After installing this app, we are not worried about money loss much due to bad actors out there and less pressure and worry since there will be coverage by apps. Thank you for all your support for your ClearSale team from overseas and Ralph and his team locally in AU. This app is also installed at an extremely reasonable price. 100% highly recommended for anyone struggling like us.

We have used Clearsale for the last few months now and we have to say that this is the BEST App by far against chargebacks and fraud. We have tried a few one out there but Clearsale really is the one to go for. They save us so much time checking and processing order. The process for filing chargeback was super easy. The team is also very helpful. Highly recommended. PS. Forgot the mentioned how friendly and helpful was Ralph from Australia!

This Application and the guys at ClearSale is by far the best defence against chargebacks and fraud available on shopify. Not only are they insuring me against chargebacks they are also approving orders that shopify see as high risk that i used to have to knock back. This is also done at a extremely reasonable price. 100% highly recommended.

Great App. It does exactly what it says. Doesn't fire off fake fraud notifications like other fraud accounts. Really happy with it!

Ralph is great and helpful. Thanks :) And the app gives fraud protection for peace of mind whoch is well worth it for a small premium. However, had one high-value order (close to $3000 value) rejected even though Shopify classed it as low risk. Lost a sale there as I do not want to risk unprotected order. It would be good to know detailed reason of rejection for those instances.

So relieved to have protection against chargebacks. The process to get ClearSale up and running is so easy and the small charge is well worth it. I lost so much money in one month before using ClearSale that it has been a struggle to recover. I can't believe that people in the world use these tactics to get goods for free. It's so sad. I think a lot of people also don't realize that you aren't getting money back from a bank, you are taking money directly from a small business. . Thank-you ClearSale!

It is a pretty straightforward app. Easy to install. They have a helpful sales and technical team. They respond very quickly. It gives the security we need in dealing with customer orders. They offer 100% insurance on fraudulent orders so you're fully protected. Ralph also was always there to make sure we are supported.

I am very happy with the ClearSale app. I was cancelling orders that were marked by Shopify as high risk. Now ClearSale monitors all my customer purchases and does all the heavy lifting for my webstore.

So far Clearsale has given me piece of mind. Before this I was merely cancelling all the orders that were marked by Shopify as medium or high risk. Now Clearsale handles all that and I have got 100% approval so far. There is room for improvement. Sometimes the approval may take up to 48hrs according to the contract by Clearsales and that has a set back on our delivery promise to customers. We look forward to expedite that process. Clearsales is definitely a must for all shopify users.

Regarding the time to review orders, keep in mind that these are orders that are suspect and would have been declined in your previous scenario. we sometimes need a little bit of time to dig in deeper to see if there is a way we can approve the customer. We never want to make you miss on your promises to customers or change your workflow. Our team can reach out and talk about the option to work through different SLAs for completion of reviews so that it is a fit for everyone.
