We previously shared a review regarding a serious issue we experienced while using Zapiet for our complex delivery setup. At the time, the incident had a significant impact on our operations and had been ongoing for several days without a clear resolution timeline, which was understandably frustrating. Since then, the Zapiet team has worked closely with us to address the situation. They conducted a detailed review of our theme configuration, provided recommendations to optimize our setup, investigated potential conflicts with other apps, and implemented several custom code adjustments to fully resolve the reported problems. The process was not immediate, and the initial period of uncertainty was challenging for our business. However, we do appreciate the team’s continued follow-up, technical effort, and willingness to collaborate until everything was functioning correctly. Zapiet remains a powerful and flexible solution for stores with advanced delivery requirements. Our experience highlighted the importance of faster escalation and clearer communication during business-critical incidents, but we also recognize the effort made to ultimately make things right. We hope to see continued improvements in proactive communication during urgent cases, as that level of support is essential for mission-critical delivery operations.
