Super quick and helpful support—they couldn't solve the problem I'm currently facing but Sandy on the chat support team was very thorough and quick to respond, and walked me through the steps to see what was causing the problem.

This is a really powerful shipping and date picker app. Seems to work with most other apps you may be using too. Good pricing on it, and excellent documentation. Support is always very helpful and thorough as well!

I wasn't able to use the app during this billing period, but I was still charged. I'm currently setting up my Shopify store and plan to start using Zapiet in the next few weeks. Customer service was excellent when solving issues

Absolutely fantastic, this app does exactly what i need and is super clean, non clunky and gives my users a way better experience at checkout. As far as i can tell, there is no workaround to bypass the date picker like some apps have which is also great. Solves a lot of my problems and although i had a slight issue setting it up, the team were awesome and helped solve my issue incredibly fast.

Support was super helpful and fast. The AI agent did it's best, but then a real human came on and found the root cause of our issue.

Genesis got to the root of the problem fairly quickly and was able to explain what the issue was and how to avoid further problems. I double checked and everything was corrected. Thank you so much for your help!
